Jan Hus House in Konstanz

Memorial plate with an inscription reminding about Jan Hus who stayed 1414 in this house hosted by a widow called "Fida". The house is located in the so called Hussenstraße Nr. 22 (Hussites Street) in the city of Konstanz (Constance) at the lake Constance. He was convicted as a heretic by the Council of Constance and burned at stake. His ideas and his death stirred up a revolution in Bohemia.
